Everything is laid out for you in manageable daily doses – all you have to do is start!
Included is a daily lesson on sugar, and a simple action step taking you a little closer to becoming free from sugar.
Each day (Monday through Friday) you'll also receive a daily workout. You can pick between 15 minutes or 45-60 minute workouts, each day. The video above is an example workout.
