1. When is the Little Black Dress Project?

November 14 - December 23, 2016 just in time to get you looking and feeling wonderful for Christmas and New Year.

If you're registering for the "in-person" option, workouts take place Monday through Friday at 5:30am in Oakley and Bridgetown.

If you're registering for the "online" version, you can follow the video workouts anytime of the day, anywhere in the world.

2. Do I have to live in a specific location to Participate?

You have an “in-person” option where you need to live in Cincinnati (Oakley or Bridgetown).

Or, the online program is 100% internet based so anyone that has access to the internet (anywhere in the world) can follow the full program on a phone, tablet, computer or streaming to your TV.

3. When can I join?

You can join any time before November 11, when materials will be delivered to you.  The in-person option will sell out weeks in advance, so plan accordingly.

4. Is this program suitable for vegetarians?

This program is not designed for vegetarians, however, we do have a vegetarian recipe book we can send you instead. All of the other nutrition and lifestyle tips and strategies will still apply.

5. Is this program diabetic safe?

YES! This program has been approved by a dietitian and has been approved by a doctor and is safe for diabetics. HOWEVER, we always require you to check with your own doctor before starting any new meal plan.
