The Program
The 16 week Men’s Fitness Transformation program is designed to integrate education and empowerment, giving you all the tools needed to achieve your health, fitness and weight loss goals. The program will be delivered in four individual manuals (hard copy) and include step by step video instruction. Each day of each week is laid out by me so participants know exactly what to do every day.
The Goal
The goal is to make exercise and eating right a habit . . . for life. The results can be dramatic over 16 weeks, but more importantly, the 16 weeks is an education. In fact, it should prove to be a very rewarding 16 weeks. The combination of the right instruction and empowerment results in the adaptation of a new understanding, an understanding that allows you to absolutely know you can do this, a mindset zeroed in on “your best health, energy and physical body.”
Who is this Program for?
The program is for any guy looking for a physical change. It’s interesting, starting out some people are apprehensive. But only 15 minutes into the first chapter in manual one, everyone comes to understand that the concepts I share works for any man. You will learn how to boost metabolism, to build muscle, to shape muscle, to improve balance and coordination, and to burn fat. Participants learn how to adjust the way they eat, think, and move. The program works equally well for the guy that hasn’t worked out in years, and the guy tired of workout injuries, aches and pains – he’ll learn how to get the results, and leave the unnecessary pain behind.
If the goal is muscle growth or muscle shaping, he’ll understand how to get there. If the goal is to find greater ease in lifting his child, greater comfort in the daily tasks his body is challenged by, or improvement of his golf game, he'll completely understand how to facilitate ongoing and consistent progress. If the goal is to lose the spare tire or just simply to feel great and reduce stress, he’ll fully understand how to get there.
How Much?
This program investment is $199 per month for four monthly installments.
Each participant will receive all four Program Manuals and step by step video Exercise Guide which participants can use for a lifetime. Best of all, the program is a life-changing investment that will last you for years to come!
Phase One – (The Four Week Scramble) includes the Phase One manual (hard copy), the first four week training program, nutrition support, and step by step daily training program using dumbbells and resistance bands. If you have access to barbells and a rack, there will be options as well.
Phase Two (Strength & Growth) will be delivered 4 weeks later and last for two weeks. Phase Three (Muscle Shaping) starts immediately after phase two and will go for six weeks. And then the final Phase Four (Accelerated Fat Loss) will last four weeks, and be delivered by the end of phase three. There are four separate and distinct phases, and the entire program will last for 16 weeks.
