46 days, 5 habits.  All lessons and workouts are delivered online through an innovative app.  You'll start on a Friday with weekend prep.  Day one of Clean Eating begins after the weekend, on the following Monday.

The 6-week Clean and Lean Challenge is based around one goal:  "Eating real food!"

The beauty of this challenge is its simplicity.  No calorie counting or cycling of macro-nutrients.  Eat real food, that's the name of the game.  We built this program differently.  Instead of a long 50-page guide that is time consuming, we broke it down into simple, visual 1-page guides and daily lessons delivered to your smart phone, tablet and computer. 

We designed 3 extra days called "prep days" at the start. These days don't "technically" count as part of the challenge but prepares you systematically & structurally for a successful 6 weeks. 

With the 3 prep days, you'll start on Friday, so Day 1 of the challenge occurs on the following Monday.  

The lessons in this challenge cover topics of self-motivation, cultivating your why, and your circles of control just to name a few.  We challenge you with five video workouts per week, sent to your device.  You'll check in through our app each day, so we can communicate regularly, and provide support and accountability in real time.  You'll also have a weekly self assessment to review progress and prepare for the upcoming week.  

This challenge is built for maximum engagement between you and Brian, and includes:
