Neither is your son or daughter that missed a play in the game, or came home with a low grade on a test or assignment. Segment Two: Just in, breaking news! You can lose all the weight you want by eating processed foods! Segment Three: 3 Simple Ways to Make Exercise a Habit! Believe it or not, I don't personally LOVE everything about exercising. Some things are easy for me (cardio based exercise is highly enjoyable) while other aspects of fitness historically are harder for me (stretching and strength training). I appreciate ALL workouts, particularly after they are completed – some were a blast, while others I just had to muscle through.
